Refund/Exchange Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return or exchange it for something else, contact AYP by email within 14 days of receiving your order to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will email you the return merchandise instructions. Returned merchandise must include original packaging, tags, cards, bookmarks, pouches and certificates that came with the product(s).

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, AYP will replace it and cover the cost of shipping the damaged or defective item.

Items that are non-returnable:

  • Custom or customized items.
  • Tarot, divination, angel, or oracle decks that have had the factory sealed packaging opened or removed.
  • Shipping charges.

To complete your return or exchange, we require an email receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to defect or AYP error.
  • Any item that is returned without an RMA

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

    If you've been notified that you are receiving a refund but you haven’t received it yet, please check your account for your payment method. You may also need to:
    • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Exchanges
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@askyourpendulum.com.

      Gifts
      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified of your return.

      Shipping

      Unless your returned item is due a defect, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      Depending on where you live, once shipped, it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you.

      If you are returning an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
