To dream about a rainbow is a good omen and it's said to bring good luck to the dreamer. This pendulum is the direct result of a dream - my dream, full of vivid detail, in which I saw the clear, perfect connection between the rainbow of the chakras in a chain and the gentle grounding, healing energy of rainbow obsidian as they combined into a single force contained and protected by a pentacle. I knew of course that I had to make it immediately - before the image or the meaning could fade. To my delight, the real life version of the dream pendulum is as exactly it appeared, a perfection of natural stone and symbolic energies.

"Rainbow Dream" is a Rainbow Obsidian orb on a detachable sterling sliver chain containing the seven major chakras in garnet, carnelian, golden jade, malachite, turquoise, lapis lazuli, and amethyst, topped with a sterling silver pentacle fob.The chain is beaded with seven semi-precious stones, each representing one of the main seven chakras, All stones are genuine. Overall length of pendulum is 7 7/8". The chain length is 5 7/8". Weight-stone measures 1". All measurements are approximate. Chain, clasp, charm and connectors are sterling silver. This pendulum is made with sterling silver and contains no base metal parts. Sterling silver is a beautiful and durable alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, which conducts energy well - and pendulums are all about energy. Pendulums made with sterling silver are more sensitive to subtle energy vibrations than those that are constructed with base metals (alloys that use nickle, zinc, lead, and/or tin). Caring for your sterling silver is easy. If worn or used a lot, sterling will eventually oxidize and develop a lovely patina - a nice warm glow accentuated by darkened (tarnished) areas. You can either leave it this way, or if you prefer a bright and shiny surface, gently polish with a treated cloth to remove the oxidation. Never use abrasive cleansers or expose to salts.
