"Opening the Heart" Pendulum and CD - You can buy as a set, or individually.

I love Lavelle's Opening the Heart CD and I was so inspired by her powerful music that I really wanted to capture and mirror the energies it evokes. I asked Lavelle to help guide me in the creation of this pendulum's design. Here it is - a tangible expression of clear, beautiful, collaborative creative energies - specifically designed for "Opening the Heart".

This pendulum is a rich Golden Quartz tapered point on detachable sterling silver chain with beautiful accents of peridot, baltic amber, rose quartz, and mahogany obsidian. The fob (the holding piece) is a richly detailed, pierced Purpleheart wood disc that wonderfully symbolizes the vibrational movement of an opening chakra. All stones are genuine. Chain, clasp, connectors, and charm are sterling silver. Overall length of pendulum is 8 1/2". The chain length (including clasp) is 5 1/2". Weight-stone measures between 1 1/2" to 2". All measurements are approximate. Please note: As these are natural stones, depth of color, translucence, size, and patterns in each stone will definitely vary. The CD is original music by Lavelle playing Native American style flutes. It begins with the midrange of the red cedar flute, a soft grain wood, generating mellow warmth. the movement into the lower tones of the walnut flute, a wood of exceptional tonal quality. The music continues into deeper resonances from flutes of yellow cedar, spruce and ancient redwood, accompanied by flowing water. This earthy and tender music travels upward again, to the surface of present time. This music is created to help ground the listener in the sense of well-being.

This pendulum is made with sterling silver and contains no base metal parts. Sterling silver is a beautiful and durable alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, which conducts energy well - and pendulums are all about energy. Pendulums made with sterling silver are more sensitive to subtle energy vibrations than those that are constructed with base metals (alloys that use nickle, zinc, lead, and/or tin). Caring for your sterling silver is easy. If worn or used a lot, sterling will eventually oxidize and develop a lovely patina - a nice warm glow accentuated by darkened (tarnished) areas. You can either leave it this way, or if you prefer a bright and shiny surface, gently polish with a treated cloth to remove the oxidation. Never use abrasive cleansers or expose to salts.
