Free standard shipping on US orders of $75 or more

I offer free standard shipping in the U.S. on orders of $75 and over. Simply choose "Standard Shipping" at checkout to take advantage of this offer. The standard shipping rate for orders under $75 is a flat rate of $4.95. Priority and Express mail options are also available at checkout.

My standard shipping method to US addresses is USPS First Class Mail. I also offer Priority and Express Mail shipping options that are selectable at check-out. If you are interested in shipping via UPS or FedEx, please email me for a price quote prior to placing your order.

Order Processing and Transit Times

AYP pendulums are made "on demand". What this means is that, in most cases, your pendulum is not created until you place the order for it. If there are other orders ahead of yours, I make them in the order that they're submitted - first in, first out. Sometimes I am completely caught up and can complete your pendulum in a single day. But in most cases it takes about four days to complete your order. If your order does not contain any pendulums or other handmade items, I don't make it wait in line and it will generally go out within a day or two of order placement. I understand how important it is for you to get your items quickly, so I ship your order as promptly as I possibly can. I make every effort to ship within five business days of order placement and in many cases, I'm able to process and ship your order sooner. Exceptions to this are:

  • Incomplete name or shipping information
  • Delays due to severe weather conditions
  • Holidays

I am located in Everett, Washington (USA), which means that some orders - for instance the East Coast - and international orders, may not arrive as quickly as those shipped to destinations closer to Washington State. Please note that occasionally order processing may take longer due to large order volumes associated with holidays or special promotions. International orders pass through customs, which may add additional delays.


International Orders

We no longer ship to addresses outside of the USA. If you live outside of the USA and want to place an order, you'll need to use a re-shipment or mail forwarding service. Please be aware that an itemized invoice (with prices) will accompany the items inside the box. Import fees, if applicable, are solely your responsibility.

APO/FPO Addresses

Only US Standard Shipping and US Priority Mail methods are available for APO/FPO shipments. US Express Mail is not available for APO/FPO addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Address Incurs Additional Shipping Charges

Please make sure that you provide correct name and address at the time you place your order. AYP is not responsible for delays and additional shipping charges that may occur due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. When placing your order, please double check what you've entered for name and address before hitting the submit button. You'll receive an auto-generated email shortly after placing your order and you can review all the information a second time. If you see a problem in any of the shipping info, please email me immediately so that I can update the shipping label before your order goes out.

If you have supplied incorrect or incomplete shipping info (name or address) - even inadvertently or unintentionally, and your package is undeliverable as a result - when the package comes back to AYP - there is an additional charge to reship to the corrected address. This is simply because I am charged by the post office to reship something a second time (the same as the cost to ship it the first time).

Lost Packages

On rare occasions, through no fault of AYP or the customer, a package sent via USPS may not arrive at its destination. In the rare chance that this occurs, AYP will reship the order, provided the items are in stock - but only after a reasonable time has elapsed. We will also require our customer's written confirmation that the package was never received.


Privacy Policy

I collect customer information for the sole purpose of providing goods and services. For your convenience, some information such as address and telephone number, are stored in a secure database. Credit card and check numbers, however, are never stored. I guarantee that your personal information will never be sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party group or individual.

This website uses cookies as a convenience to you, so you can keep your billing address and shipping address between visits, making it so you only have to enter it once. I do not use cookies for storing payment or credit card information. If you turn cookies off in your browser, the web site will function properly and your orders will complete normally. At AYP, the only consequence to turning off cookies is that you have to type in your billing and shipping address every time you order.

Purchasing products through AYP site's SSL-secured shopping cart is easy and safe. For all transactions here at AYP, I use PayPal, a widely accepted, secure payment processing service that provides fully encrypted programming to protect all customer information from online piracy and theft.

When making a purchase, you have the option of using either a credit card or a PayPal account. Either choice is simple and easy. If you want to pay by credit card, just click the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart. If you want to use a PayPal account, click on the "PayPal" button instead. Both methods employ secure, fully encrypted processing. Ask Your Pendulum does not retain or store any credit card information.

Refund/Exchange Policy

I offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me by email within 14 days of receiving your order and ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). I will email you the return merchandise instructions. Returned merchandise must include original packaging, tags, cards, bookmarks, pouches and certificates that came with the product(s). Unless the item was a custom design, I will refund the full purchase price upon receipt of an authorized return. I do not charge restocking fees. Products that are custom designed are not refundable. Shipping upgrades are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: I will replace and cover the cost of return shipping.

Important: I do not accept any returns without an RMA.
